Alliance Corporation was founded in 1975, by four partners, who shared a vision—to build a company grounded in honesty, integrity, and a commitment to doing things the right way. From the beginning, these values shaped the way the company operated and have remained the foundation of Alliance’s culture for the past 50 years.
Our very first project, Kyrock Elementary School, was awarded by the Edmonson County Board of Education in April 1975. It marked the start of a legacy defined by meaningful partnerships, quality craftsmanship, and a deep investment in the communities we serve. In a powerful full-circle moment, Alliance is proud to be working once again with the Edmonson County Board of Education in 2025—this time to construct a new Kyrock Elementary School, a symbol of the trust and lasting impact we’ve built over five decades.
As demand for our services grew, so did our reach. What began as a small office in Glasgow expanded to include locations in Prestonsburg and Bowling Green, Kentucky. This growth has allowed us to better serve clients across the state while remaining true to our roots.
Throughout the years, Alliance Corporation has evolved with the industry—adopting innovative technologies, expanding our capabilities, and strengthening our team—yet our core principles have never changed.
