On Tuesday, August 11, 2009, the new Roby Elementary School in Bullitt
County welcomed students for the first day of school. Superintendent, Keith

contract to construct the Rowan County Judicial Center. By doing so,

After only nine months for construction, the Bowling Green Hot Rods played their
first home game in the new Bowling Green Ball Park on April 17, 2009. Alliance
Corporation served as the Construction Manager for the ballpark, which was on a
fast track schedule for completion. Bowling Green Ball Park will serve as an
anchor for the downtown redevelopment plan in Bowling Green, Kentucky.

General Contracting
When employed as the General Contractor for a construction project, Alliance Corporation typically joins the project team at the conclusion of the design phase. Our services typically provide owners with a traditional design-bid-build approach for their construction projects. By acquiring projects through this approach, we maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the capabilities and workload of the subcontractors and suppliers.
We can perform general contracting assignments on either a negotiated contract or bid basis. When employed under a negotiated contact, Alliance Corporation can join the project team during the design phase. This contracting method brings added value by utilizing our experience for budgeting, feasibility studies, constructability reviews, value engineering and scheduling concerns.
