Alliance Goes 7 for 7 on School Openings: As school began across the
Commonwealth of Kentucky, Alliance Corporation completed construction on six
schools for the new school year with one scheduled for completion in
December.

On Tuesday, August 11, 2009, the new Roby Elementary School in Bullitt
County welcomed students for the first day of school. Superintendent, Keith
Davis personally thanked Alliance Corporation and project superintendent, Gerald
Jones for their participation, work and attention to detail on the project.

contract to construct the Rowan County Judicial Center. By doing so,
Alliance/Packs are compliant with all Administrative Office of the Courts (AOC) guidelines and regulations.

After only nine months for construction, the Bowling Green Hot Rods played their
first home game in the new Bowling Green Ball Park on April 17, 2009. Alliance
Corporation served as the Construction Manager for the ballpark, which was on a
fast track schedule for completion. Bowling Green Ball Park will serve as an
anchor for the downtown redevelopment plan in Bowling Green, Kentucky.

AGC of Kentucky Recognizes
Alliance Corporation
Glasgow, KY – The Associated General Contractors of Kentucky (AGC) hosted its annual Build Kentucky Awards Banquet Saturday night, February 7, 2009 in Lexington, Kentucky. This event recognized the outstanding work performed by Alliance Corporation and the members of the Kentucky Construction Industry throughout 2008. Over 250 people representing all aspects of the industry will be in attendance. Special guests included representatives from each of AGC’s member classifications, the design teams and owners of the recognized projects.
The Build Kentucky Awards marked its 19th year of recognizing the accomplishments of AGC’s of Kentucky General Contractor members. Projects completed in 2008 were evaluated on their innovation in construction techniques, materials, conditions or equipment, development of programs, economic results, and the endorsements from the owner, design team, community or media. Separate awards were presented for projects in the Building Division including projects under $1 million up to $50 million dollars in overall project value. In addition to the Building Division, awards were also presented for Design Build.
AGC awarded Alliance Corporation with the 2008 Build Kentucky Awards in the following categories:
Building: $2 - $5 million
Madison County Public Library – Berea Branch

Building: $5 - $10 million
Hart County Judicial Center

Building: $10 - $15 million
Georgetown Middle School
