Alliance Goes 7 for 7 on School Openings: As school began across the
Commonwealth of Kentucky, Alliance Corporation completed construction on six
schools for the new school year with one scheduled for completion in
December.

On Tuesday, August 11, 2009, the new Roby Elementary School in Bullitt
County welcomed students for the first day of school. Superintendent, Keith
Davis personally thanked Alliance Corporation and project superintendent, Gerald
Jones for their participation, work and attention to detail on the project.

After only nine months for construction, the Bowling Green Hot Rods played their
first home game in the new Bowling Green Ball Park on April 17, 2009. Alliance
Corporation served as the Construction Manager for the ballpark, which was on a
fast track schedule for completion. Bowling Green Ball Park will serve as an
anchor for the downtown redevelopment plan in Bowling Green, Kentucky.

Alliance/Packs Signs Contract for Rowan County Judicial Center
Glasgow, KY – On Thursday, July 2, 2009, Alliance Corporation in conjunction with Packs, Incorporated signed the contract to construct the Rowan County Judicial Center. By doing so, Alliance/Packs are compliant with all Administrative Office of the Courts (AOC) guidelines and regulations.The fiscal agent indicated to the best of his knowledge this was the first project to come in under the original AOC budget. The savings to the Rowan County Project Development Board is $964,200, which equates to 7.4% total savings.
Members of the project development board praised the efforts of the Construction Manager, Alliance/Packs, Sherman-Carter-Barnhart Architects and the fiscal agent, Ross, Sinclair and Associates, LLC. Construction will begin immediately.
The Kentucky General Assembly authorized building a new Rowan County Judicial Center in 2006 and approved its funding in 2008. The total project budget is $13.04 million. The building will be approximately 39,200 square feet.
